You authorize access directly to your bank's app or website, without having to share a password with Pierre. It's like giving a “read permission” — fast, secure, and under your full control.
Yes, without complication. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, directly through the app or WhatsApp. There's no fine, there's no red tape. If you change your mind later, just reactivate.
Pierre works with more than 100 financial institutions in Brazil, including traditional, digital, and fintech banks. If your bank participates in Open Finance (the vast majority participate), you can connect. If you have any questions, just ask in the chat - we will help you right away.
You configure the alerts however you prefer, and Pierre alerts you about what really matters: non-standard expenses, duplicate charges, forgotten subscriptions, accounts close to due date, and savings opportunities. You choose what you want to be notified about - and Pierre takes care of the rest.

No. Pierre is only allowed to read your financial information. It can't make transfers, payments, or any transactions on your account. You're in total control — Pierre only helps you better understand and organize what's going on with your money.
